Lovely staff and delicious food. We tried the curry goat and jerk chicken plates. The chicken was seasoned well and the smoky flavor was evident. The goat was extremely tender and flavorful. The rice cabbage and plantains were stellar!! The prices are also very reasonable. Don’t hesitate to try this restaurant!!!

I recently visited NYAMINGS and had a great experience overall. The atmosphere was really pleasant—everything was clean, and the decor was cute and inviting. The menu offered a lot of options for both food and drinks, with all drinks being bottled. They even had chips available to pair with your meal. The Jamaican patties were excellent, some of the best I've had. Cabbage was amazing. I also tried the curry goat and oxtail. The curry goat was definitely my favorite—it was well-prepared and flavorful. Unfortunately, I found the oxtail disappointing, especially considering the price; I expected better quality for that dish. The portions were generous, which is always nice, but I did notice that the rice and plantains were overcooked. Despite these small issues, I think the restaurant has a lot to offer, and I would still recommend it, especially for the atmosphere and the excellent curry goat. There is a small seating area and no public restrooms.

When I walked into the store, I was immediately greeted with a smile. The vibe of the place was that of a normal, clean Jamaican restaurant. I decided to try their large stew chicken with cabbage and their rice and peas with medium gravy. All of the food in my meal tasted good. The chicken had a nice flavor to it and was very tender, not being underseasoned or overly seasoned. The cabbage tasted pretty plain, but clean (I was hoping for a likle spice), but that didn't break or make the meal. The rice and peas were nice and fluffy, not overly cooked and mushy, they gelled well with the stewed chicken sauce. The plantains were sweet and not too mushy. The serving size was good. Overall, it was a great tasting, good-looking plate. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I'll definitely be going back to try more.

someone bought it for my and i wasn't present so all i can comment on is the food. i ordered curry goat with rice and peas and cabbage and pineapple ginger juice. the juice for me was too sweet but ik ppl like it like that so not complaining just noting. however i didn't get much meat was alot of bones and barely any curry. the food was well seasoned just didn't taste like curry and you could barely see the color. i unfortunately have had way better goat meat. everything else was fine. adding pictures.

On this snow day in Atlanta we were able to find this place open, welcoming, friendly and professional customer service. Our order was flavorful & cooked perfectly. Food was still hot once we got home. We forgot to take pics of all the orders but here is one. The 100% inspection score was a plus as well. Thanks again, we will definitely be returning.

This is my third time eating from Nyamings and it was the best order thus far! I’ve ordered and picked up in person once, and these last two orders I did were via Ubereats. I had the small salmon and I put in the notes to add jerk seasoning — they did not disappoint! My eyebrows were scrunched the whole time I ate it, it was just what I was craving I enjoy their portion sizes as well. I definitely recommend! PS - when I went into the store for the first time, I received wonderful and hospitable customer service!
